Unable to Flash

resoldered everything and did conductivity tests and voltage test... pins all check out fine...

tried the menu again... no luck...
still can't move the selection....
is there a way to flash without this menu or perhaps from another dash i could softmod?

I have exactly the same problem. Xmas' bundle(v1.6, rite?), X3 (flashbios3.0.1).
Everything seems fine. But I can do nth. to the menu.

same problem here i have xmas bundle and the x3 chip i can disable and play games with the m$ controler but not in the flash bios screen. i can not navagate in theflash bios and i also tried a no m$ controller

also i boot to the M$ dash board when i press the power button and when i press the eject button i get the flash bios screen when both are pressed i get the purple light and the bios screen

any ideas this is a xmas gift for the kids and if i cant get it under the tree it wont be merry
help please the newbie

looks like there is a problem with the new xmas bundle, perhaps they changed the controller cofiguration or changed somthing on the mobo

Anyway, hopefully xecuter reads this forum and can look into it for us

i just picked up the dvd kit and the remote will let me navagate in the bios

now i just hav eto connect i see the ip but is comes up as connection refused ? any ideas?

Also I have evox and Avalaunch softmodded into my box, I tried to flash from evox but to boot to the dash you need to disable the modchip.... tried plugging it in when dash is loaded but no avail.... DAMN IT stupid xbox

Are you remembering to connect to it via HTTP? It's not an FTP address remember!

Also, your PC IP address has to be on the same network. Set it to 192.168.0.1 / 255.255.255.0 to be safe..

ok on the nes xmas bundle ver 1.6 the dvd kit works and i was able to load the bios and works fine
the controlers work after i installed and flash the bios

thats the key the dvd remote

i got it all work i had to change the ip address
and YES THE REMOTE WORKS
thats the trick to the new bundle ver 1.6

Just a quick Q. does the power light flash orange once when you have the M$ controller pluged in? Mine does but i have to wait till tomorrow to get the dvd dongle kit, why should i get it if it could be another problem.

The eject light flashes orange once - this is normal.

Bioshock 2 ABGX nightmare

So i got hold of bioshock 2 and ran the ISO file through ABGX and for the first time i got a load of problems, the video is an unknown wave (its wave 6 i got the update) and stealth is uncertain, but when i try to do autofix the abgx wave 6 video file is wrong and it fails to fix. i have no idea why its causing such problems.. is wave 6 just a pain in the ass or am i being a noob?

go all the way to the bottom
and download the 3456 wave pack
