Unable to read Halo 4?

Hi, i have an Xbox 360 Phat Xenon with last dashboard and jtag, TSSCorp DVD Drive.
I'm unable to read the DVD 1 of Halo 4 (Bundle Copy). The disk is perfect and is the only one with this problem.
The console read with no problem every other game and same for second disk, sometimes give me the "Halo 4" icon on the DVD Status icon, sometimes say only "Game" and sometimes "Multimedia Disk" or "Unable to read".
I'm unable to install or run only the first of the 2 DVD of this copy of Halo 4...
Why? How i can fix this or copy the Disk in the HDD and run it with XexMenù? It's a software of hardware problem???

Must be the disc then if others work fine. Wen u say others I'm guessing u have tried more than 5 games. Or maybe laser a bit weak and it's being picky on that disc.

I've adjusted laser power with the help of a digital multimeter...it work fine!Q_Q
The DVD is new, the game was new, with original packing!.-.

P.S.
I can read with the dvd drive of the xbox, the content of that disk but i'm unable to play it as a game...
