Have you actually read the post and understood it? This is nothing but a description of what the cygnos is about and I've read this long time ago on the manufacturer's website.
The cygnos allows you to switch between to kernels/NAND's which you can only use one at a time and not simultaneously. The simple fact once the NAND containing the hacked kernel is flagged by MS the KV contained in that NAND will get banned. If you wish to go online again then you need to find another KV to replace the banned one. In another sense, it's like having the same car but with a new set of number plates each time you pass a speed camera
