It's off by default unless you create an emunand. Are you saying that you press disable and then if you restart it becomes enabled again?

mine has always said enabled even after a restartand no emunand for 7.0.1 was created and my 6,2.0 emunand has been destroyed i.e. I reformatted this card.... every restart defaults with emunand enabled. if I try just sending the payload without holding down vol+ i get no boot at all. thats how i came up with the solution of disable emunand but i shouldnt have to do it every time

The only thing I can think of is if you didn't go to options in the bootloader and delete it from there, it still thinks there is one even though the files don't exists. Maybe try creating a new one, then deleting it through the bootloader options instead of straight from the SD.

ok trying it now..... kinda time consuming. also trid to make emunand saved to switch and loading failed, that failed on switch 6.2 b4 as well. no biggie just trying to find a way to have emunand and not loosing 32 gb sd card space for xci files i at this time only have a 128gb msd card. trying to find the perfect prtable hard drive to use on the switch docked and undocked that i can easily stick to the back with minimal cord i wish i had a 3d printer...lol id make a grip and sell it for profit....

so far all good sorry for constantly asking for feature deleted emunand with sx os and emnand option disapeared... thankyou verry much :)

what i cant figure out is how it kept the no emunand setting after complete deletion cause the boot.dat and license file were removed also. my guess is it automaticly detects emunand then auto enables it. no matter, thanx again. :)
