Unknown Flash, Halting!

I am trying to flash my X3 chip. I have both protects off (on chip and outside dongle).

I have tried

X3_3294
X3_1943
X2_4981 (i think)

None of these are flashing

I'm not new to this as this is my 5th install, but this has me stumped. anyone have any ideas?

Ok for some reason the flash protect colors were switched on the chip, it seems to be working fine now
