Unknown FRAG - Please Help

This is on my own xbox. Had mod chip installed flashed and working. Had some issues on another xbox I was moding so I opened up my xbox as reference. After taking out mod chip and putting is back in I get a red light on switch and FRAG on xbox. This error does a three off and on sequence then lights stay on with blank screen. I opened my xbox back up and found that pin 15 had come unsoldered and had come loose from pin header (lower than rest of pins). I soldered it back in place, but still have same problem, and can't seem to boot into flash bios. I am still able to boot MS bios. Please help!

Remove harddrive and dvd rom and then power up.
You should have two blue led's lit up on the chip.
If not it is a soldering issue.
Let me know which led is off if any and I'll try to help.

Have done that, and I can have all three (red, blue, blue) light lit. Though I can get red and blue (3 volt) light to turn off if I shift the rest position of the mod chip.

Does the led on the eject button stay solid red or is it flashing, or maybe flashing green and red?

During the three on-off sequence the eject button is green, then when the system stays on it flashes green/red.

This is almost definately a soldering problem. I suspect that when you refitted your chip you broke one of the pinheader lpc joints under the board.
I would remove the motherboard and resolder all the pins even if they look okay.
