ANSWERED Unknown Liteon FW

I posted this question over on the Jungle Flasher forum, but haven't got an answer yet, so I'll give it a go here:
Hello, I picked up a replacement Liteon from an acquaintance that cannot verify if it has been flashed to 02510C via a dash update. I'd like to use it for a replacement on my xbox that has been updated beyond the point of 02510C, So my question is: How do I go about determining what FW is on this drive, so I can go about the chore of getting the key and flashing it for another liteon replacement? It says 93450c on the sticker, but is unknown if it is still on it. Thanks. :wink:

JungleFlasher will tell you the drive's revision when it inquires on the port it is connected to.

It doesn't really matter which firmware is on it because all Lite-On drives became 0251 after the 13141 dashboard update which means you'll be flashing 0251 stock/LT firmware to it.

it really doesn't matter what firmware is on it... you'll need a way to power the drive so get a CK3 pro.. you'll also need a way to communicate with the PC so you'll need the X360USB pro ... for the lite-on drives, you'll need the probe3 or a home made one

Thanks for the great replies. I have been using an older CK3 till now, but just received an X360USB pro via Xconsoles and half off Black Friday along with a Probe 3. I'm assuming I can continue with my CK3 legacy in my further endeavors. Again thanks, as I wasn't sure if JF would tell me the FW or not first thing.
