Unlocking a dg-16d4s with an LTU PCB

I ordered a v1.1 PCB replacement but I was sent a LTU PCB. Am I able to write LT+ v3.0 to the board? And what do I have to do when it comes to locking the DVD drive?

I've got the dummy.bin from the drive and I was expecting to flash the drive as per the jungleflasher tutorial but then I realised my replacement board doesn't have the lock/unlock switch.

Contact your reseller and get them to exchange it if they sent the wrong item.

If you choose to use the LTU PCB, you will need to extract C-R.bin and Key.bin from your console's NAND (you will need to glitch the console to get the CPU key).

I was hoping there would be a way around it without me having to do the extract from the NAND or sending the board back. It took the reseller nearly 2 months to get the board to me in the first place and when they did it was the wrong one.

First make sure you are on Latest Jungle Flasher, Next Download The LTU Firmware. In the LTU firmware you will find LTU 0225, LTU 0401, and 1071 chose the one that goes to your drive and flash it. That will work. LTU will work on any slim drive.
