I posted a video to mod an intercooler as opposed to modifying the 360 itself. It's not elegant but it's a functional design, extremely efficient at venting air from one central location, and quieter than most other solutions. There are no revisions to the initail design.

I took and cut a hole in the case behind the power switch and mounted a small fan sucking in and mounted a nyko on the back, after 7 tear downs due to the RROD this works for my I beat on it 8 -10 hours at a time without RROD
