If I update my dash to the latest on my retail offline, but with CFW on my drive, I know it flashes it back to stock (I think) but does it flag my console so that when I next connect to XBL, it'll ban me?

best bet is to just flash back to stock for the length of time it takes u before doing any update

@meads1970: I don't want to have to reinstall my VIA PCI card though. It's just tedious if the updater reflashes for me :cool2:

Decided to suck it up and go through all the hassle to flash to stock. I'll probably stay on stock, anyhow.
