i have tryed to update with a usb but i keep getting a error 3f45-4099-1600-2446-c810-1004 is there any other way of updating

You can't update via USB in this way. Contact the person who did your RGH for support.

it was me who did it lol off the a guide off here i just want to do a ($$ystemUpdate) update
