Update OFW to 10.0.2

So there is a new update to 10.0.2 and before it was 10.0.0. I'm still on OFW 9.2. Regardless, is it safe to update OFW or do I need to update OFW offline? Anyone having issues with updating in general while online?

I updated through Normal Nintendo servers with no issues but i am banned.

Were you banned previously? And how did that happen? Should I not update my console period? Or if I do should I just update offline?

I have been banned for a while. Not sure how. Just use ChoidujourNX to update
