Reset Glitch Hack - compatible with most models

Two months after the discovery of Rest Glitch Hack exploit, we finally have a reboot able to load a hacked kernel, and is functional in the 13599 and 13604 kernels.

What's New:
- Slim / fat glitch hack support for 13599/13604
- Ability to build clean / retail images (v7371 +) with-retail flag on command line
- Ability to patch if required for clean smc reset glitch (limited to Those in imgbuild python script)
- Power patched dash boots, boots eject Xell-gggggg.bin
- Everything from glitched remove kernel fcrt.bin Requirements
- All: virtual kernel fuses for glitched
- Everything is working kernel verify glitched on zephyr
