RGH Update to v.2.2r692

I'm using the RGH for a couple of days and now I get the message that there are new updates.

Freestyle Dash App Update version 2.2r692
Freestyle Dash Skin Update version 2.2r692
Freestyle Dash Plugin Update version 2.2r676

Can someone tell me how to update my xbox360 to the latest updates as writen above?

goto settings then general settings and tick the boxes and update
