Hey guys whats up my xbox is on dashboard 15572 and I already opened it without updating it to the latest dashboard and I was wondering if when im on jrunner and i set the dash to 16202 will it effect anything cause im not on that dashboard

You can create a glitch NAND image with any dash version as long as the LDV fits the previously existing.

In other words and replying to your answer: no, it won't affect anything.
