Updated and now some games not working

Hi guys, I downloaded and burned Halo4 when I launch the game it asked to update when I click no it just exited so I clicked yes and it updated and was working just fine. But after that some of my games wont run and says disk not supported and some games gets an error while playing or Asura's Wrath won't start after I selects any episode to play, just loading forever. So whats the problem? I searched how to update xbox360 but videos were so complicated and it had my steps b4 it was actually updating, but Halo4 just updated without any of this. Did I break my xbox360 arcade? How do I fix it?
