Updated my dashboard to 12611 and I have a few questions!!!

First off I used the USB to update my dashboard and my questions are

1) My nintendo emulator does not work anymore and wondering if there is a nintendo emulator for the 360??? Is there a way to make the 12611 update XBOX ONE compatable??
2) Do I need the update to play new games on my JTAG????? Like COD: Black Ops!!!! or can I play new games on the 9199 dashboard???? I usually rip my games on to my PC, FTP the extracted ISO file and delete the system update!!! Will this work????
3) Is it possilbe to take off the 12611 update on the JTAG???? do I use the JTAG TOOL and my nand-x??? I want to go back to the 9199 dashboard because my kids like playing with the nintendo emulator!!!!

First of all when you got a Backup of your 9199 Image than you can just flash this back via of cause your Nand X but also out of the box with flash360.

Do you mean I can change the dashboard back to 9199 using NAND reboot bin file I created using my NAND X??? So i can use a USB with Flash 360 and the NAND reboot bin file????? Or do I have to take the JTAG 360 apart and plug in the NAND X back and remove the update then write the NAND reboot bin file again???
