Hi all,

Since getting my switch and installing SX OS it I've always left the firmware where it was (6.2) and recently decided to update it. After downloading the 9.0 firmware version and installing it I now seem to have a bricked switch. If I use the dongle to boot I get the SX OS screen for half a second and will also get the Nintendo logo, but then a black screen. AutoRCM was on during the firmware update. I'm really at a loss of how to fix this. I do have a NAND Backup from when I initially started with SX OS but I don't know what to do to restore from this backup since I can't get the switch to give me anything beyond the black screen. I've searched online and found plenty of people saying 'restore your NAND' but I can't find a step by step guide on how to do that when the screen is stuck on black.

Any help would be appreciated!

how do u start sx os?
Do u do it with a hardware dongle or with TegraRCMGUI?
The payload.bin does not need to be on the sd. It just "executes" the boot.
U need the payload bin on ur hardwaredongle or u can execute it with TegraRCMGUI (switch plugged in with usb to pc)

Here u can download the payload.bin download SX Loader 1.0

Sry 4 my bad english. Im German^^

Thanks! I have the hardware dongle and can't remember ever needing the payload.bin file but I'll give that a shot and reply back results. Also, your English is just fine :)
No luck unfortunately
