updating banned xbox to 13599 dash

I have a banned box with benq lt+1.91 FW. I want to update the dash to 13599 so I can play backups of the new XGD3 games. I plan on flashing it to stock, the updating to new dash via usb, then flashing back to Lt+v2.0 FW. Will this work or is there an issue with 13599 dash and banned xbox's? Also will the 13599 include the 13141 update(The one that flashes drive back to stock?)

you shouldn't have a problem updating the dash with 1.91 on the drive, but flashing to stock is always a good idea

you could also flash to 2.0, then take the update. saves you a couple steps

i'm only recommending this because you are already banned.
