Updating emunand only how to?

I`m just starting out. I have a offline console with sysnand 4.1.
I want to just update the emunand only (just in case of future exploits I can downgrade again by saving fuses).
How do I know I`m only updating the emunand only?
Is it just as simple as having the autoRCM enabled on ChoiDujourNX and/or on the SX menu also?
I don`t want to make a mistake and update the sysnand!

Boot into emunand and update with ChoiDujourNX.
This only updates the emunand

Yes I did read that, used that to help with NAND backup/dump.
I just wasn`t totally sure if that was to update just the emunand and/or sysnand....to be honest it might be straight forward but it doesn`t say, lol.
