Hello

I need help to update emunand and sysnand. I am curently on version 8.0.1 for both. I know how to update emunand with ChoiDujour. My problem is should i first update sysnand and how. Will it work if i only update emunand. Just do not want to screw something.
Thanks in andvance!

If your not using your sysnand for anything, then just update emunand
If you want to update sysnand you can do it the same way, just disable emunand before booting cfw

So it will work with no problem. Just download 9.0 firmware, install it with ChoiDujour in emunand then before powering on put new sxos on sd card.

I have updated mine to 9.1.0 and do not have any problems
Easiest way to check if autorcm is enabled is to try and turn on the Switch without jig and dongle, if it doesn't turn on and just stay black its on, else it will boot ofw

hi team,

i updated my Emunand from FW 8.0.1 to 9.1.0, worked like a charm.. done, asked for reboot,
BUT now, when i would like to boot via OS SX, screen went black and nothing happend.. (kids wants to kill me about all the "Saves" should i loose them!)

any workaround what i could do to prevent loosing of all SAVES...
even i have to format the SD card and create new EMUNAND...
any idea how to get the saves so they can be used on new emunand.

OR of course you can lead me how to repair not booting old emunand.

thank you in advance and wish you a nice day.
cheers, bb

A wild guess is that your SD is exFAT but you installed the FAT32 FW

autorcm mayby ?

Have a little hard time understanding your first post

Was it when it asked for a reboot it then went to black screen ? or is it when you choose to boot CFW it goes to black screen ?

I would backup whats on the SD card, reformat it to FAT32 and move emunand, boot.dat and license.dat back and try booting to cfw
