Updating my 9199 JTAG to KINECT UPDATE

I just have a couple of questions!!!

Can I just update the dashboard using my NAND-X??? Though my PC???? Like how I updated my dashboard to 9199!!! Or do I have to flash my JTAG using a USB????? i know the usb would be easier but I've been reading around for someone plugging the JTAG back to its original state and reprogramming to the kinect updated dashboard!!!! Need some help in updating dashboard but through NAND-X, which files I need and which programs needed!!! i have my original nand and my CPU key!!!

I used my Nand-X controller to flash the image I made to my Xbox 360 and it worked fine. I dumped my updated 9199 Freeboot dash to an image and followed this guide here.

Only difference is I used my Nand-X to flash my Xbox instead of Flash360.

I have a Jasper BB nand as well.

Thanks for the reply but I just went ahead used a USB to update my 9199 dashboard to the 12611 dashboard!!!! Had no problems in installing the update!!!!!!
