I cant find any complete information on installing & updating the New Nand-X RGH Edition with the suplied USB updater cable?

It should already be running V3 code.
The update cable is there if you need to update the ARM firmware in future.

As you've been told, it's already running V3 so you don't need to update.
But if you need to update it in the future, you just have to follow the standard update procedure with the Ck3 but you use the usb update cable instead of the ck3 (starting at step 2).
