LITEON 9504 Updating to 13604

Hi all,
I currently have a 0272 slim drive flashed with LT+1.91, TX PCB and dash 13599. I play aslo in XBL and I want to continue to play "safely" also with my backup.
Actually I only play on XBL the backup of my original COD:BO.
I have some questions:

1) is it XBL safe (no getting banned) to update NOW to the new 13604 dash?

2) in my situation is correct to use the TX PCB to update? My idea is to write on TX PCB the 0272 stock FW with my key. Update to new dash, and re-flash with new LT+2.0.
Is it a correct procedure? Or must I use my original PCB?

3) If update and re-flash is XBL safe, then can I still use my backup of COD:BO with AP2.5 patches for dash 13599? Or are there new pathces and I will reburn it? I read some posts saying that there are no problems with old ap2.5 patches but I want to be sure 100% :)

1)As safe as it will ever be

2)that is correct - flash the TX PCB to stock - update then reflash

3)You're right - no new challenges on old AP...

I just read some line of chat on c4evaspeacks.com and i find these:
