upgrade hdd xboxone drive help

I need help with the mkxboxfs.sh command. when I issue command it partitions the drive correctly only there are no files in the partitions.. no matter how many times I reformat and retry the commands I get no files. I had them the first time I tried, unfortunately I did not unmounts so had to redo. since then no files ever. just system info and recycling bin files

not much help so far. I attempted to clear system cache in Ubuntu in hopes to solve issue. no luck. currently gonna try and wipe hard drive clean and see what happens.

The command will partition your xbox drive and rename your paritions into system update, system update2, temp data etc etc ..

I don't understand what files you are talking about here.
If you are talking about a system update file, I guess u need to take those files from your bad harddrive from the "system update" partition.
