Upgrading from 64 gb sd to 256 sd

Hi all, another noob question. I have sx os and my backups along with my emunand running perfectly on my switch but want to upgrade my sd card from 64 to 256.
Can I just transfer all the sx files to run CFW, download my emunand and install all my games again? I did have to upgrade my FW with choidujournx to 9.2.0 and am running the beta version of sx os

Following, I would like to upgrade also. I believe you might need to use a diskimager.

What emunand did you pick? SD files or Hidden Partition?

I choose sd files because I knew using a hidden partition could be an issue. And I'm using exfat. Never had any problems. All my games are on a external hard drive. Works great!
