on my jtagged 360, can i upgrade my stock 60bg HDD to any SATA hdd? or does it have to be a bevs drive? i have the software to spoof the drive. My question is whether it can be any SATA hard drive. I want to keep my 360 hdd set up. I think it is a cleaner look. But i do have an external hdd already formatted to FAT32.

thanx for the help!!
does it have to be partitioned like the oem drive? i just really like the idea of having my 360 looking stock, other than some extra leds. I want to avoid the external usb hdd.

i already havea 320bg SATA hard drive, that i bought from ebay, and partitioned like oem. obviously, its only "250 gb" according to the xbox.

If you want to retain full Xbox1 compatibility, then after you've formatted it on the console, theres a program you can run to create the necessary partition (hdd_compat_partition_fixer). Other than that, it'll look exactly the same as an OEM drive.

as long as you have the 360 enclosure you can put any 2.5 sata hdd in that enclosure for a JTAG box unsure if ts like the PS3 tho where a 1TB is to thick to fit in the enclosure

Is there a reason why you're replying to an answered question ?
