Upgrading MS25 Help

I modded my firmware back in December but now I want to install iXtreme, I have a 360 connectivity kit and wondered if this would be any use to me!!! My plan was to use XBM and overwirte my current firmware, can someone let me know if this would work. last time when I modded I used some Hex editor tool and manually flashed my drive but maybe this XBM might be easier and safer!!!

Yes, XBM and iPrep do the hex editing for you, so they are alot safer. As for your connectivity kit, if you have a samsung drive, all you need is a sata cable, and an 0800 disc if you don't have a via chipset. I don't know what you can do with the connectivity kit.
