uploading flashed bios from modded xbox to tranfer to another

Please Help People I Myself Have A Modded Xbox With X2.6 Its All Set Up Fine & Working But I Have Modded My Brothers Xbox Out Of The Kindness Of My Heart But Cannot Flash The Chip With Bios Yes I Am A d**k I Know!! I Read I Can Use My Xbox Hdd & Upload It From There But Howdo I Upload The Bios Files From My Modded Xboxs C Drive????
Please Help Anyone!!

Make a directory c:\bios then put the bios files in there.
Boot the x3 on your box and from cromwell screen select flash from HDD.
you will then get a list of files that r in c:bios...just select the one u need and flash

sorry to sound kike an even bigger d**k but where so i find the bios files?? i cant seem to find then am i missing something???i know how to create a file but just csnt find the bios do i have to go into a certain programme???like ayalaunch or dvd2xbox PLEASE HELP I AM GOING MAD!
