Urgent: loading Pro executer via the dock USB (using a dongle)

Hi everyone, does anyone know if it is possible to boot the switch using the Executer dongle plugged into the DOCK, USB ports? This will allow the switch to charge in the cradle ANd still boot up in RCM mode?

Any views on this would be great!

Secondly, is it possible to utilize the switch on the dock (power outlet) with a battery installed in the unit (assuming it was removed outright).

the ports outwardly are 2.0 ports, the one inside the dock is 3.0 From what i've heard, even the 3.0 port runs in 2.0 mode, yet it may in any case have any kind of effect for this situation.
