US Xecuter 3 CE in a European/PAL Xbox

Just wondering (dont ask why im buy a us chip and gonna ship it over and install it on a european xbox) if i can safetly install a USA/"NTSC" Xecuter 3 CE in a Spain/PAL 1.0 Xbox?

Xecuter 3's aren't region specific. Xecuter 3's are universal

yes, all xecuter 3's are exactly the same, unnless you get a defective one, but I don't think that that is all that (heh, three "thats") possible with the testing equipment that T-X uses.
