hi
can someone say me what chip control usb ports ? ( front & rear )

in jasper mobo i have no working usb port !!!!
i can only power on console with wired controller and then controller have no power in dashboard .

in standby mode i have power on usb . ( usb stick power LED is on )
and after turning on console LED has turned off .

Just to rule out the first thing. Have you tried any other USB devices? just to be sure your controller isn't faulty first.

Strange for a USB port to just fail like that. Have you been working in the console and damaged something e.g. slipped with a screwdriver anywhere on the motherboard?

customer said console shuted off while he playing ( damaged power socket on the wall . )
and after that power on console kinect did not work . and also other usb devices .

Damaged power socket? Could be a power surge then, surprised the console still powers on.

Have you tried a different PSU

Doesnt sound right. What happens If you splice the cable and supply 5V from Another source, and leaving data+/- and GND connected to your console? The alternative supply Will need to be grounded to your consoles GND also.

I was going to say try an power the usb's through a powered usb hub and see what happens but Antalpromille sort of beat me to it. lol.
