I was having alot of trouble trying to flash the nand on a falcon and have tried three different pc's what I've found is if your usb power is low on your ports lots of things plugged in or there just low powered anyway the nand x doesn't get enough power to program your nand and will fail...if you check martin thread here http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77908 and check you soldering and voltages, ohms etc like he say's and if everything checks out try a mobo with high powered usb, hope this helps someone out....take care.....:)

Solid advice here, I would recommend using the ports directly off of the PC instead of ones that may get fed from somewhere else (for example ones on a monitor, on a keyboard, or even on the case could be given/receiving less quality power than those directly on the motherboard).

It may also be important to note that you probably need usb 2.0 ports, not usb 1.1, because usb 1.1s don't provide anywhere near the amount of power a usb 2.0 port does.
