Does it work flashing a jasper 256mb on a 204mb stick when the image is only around 60mb?

Not sure I follow.

The image you create for RGH is 64MB, which is the main NAND data. Anything over this is just the MU itself. This is why you never need more than 64MB.

I thought you have to have a least a 1gb stick but maybe thats just for the xbox to format it

Not RGH, it's Jtag. So it's safe to use a stick that is less than the size of the nand (jasper 256)?

I cant find my proper one and i only have some sh*tty stick i got ages ago from work with some presentation crap on it.

NAND size on BB Jaspers is irrelevent. You will only be dealing with 64MB of data.
