USB ???

I reacently bought i conecter the plugs into my controller port on my xbox and the other end i plug in a USB memory stick ive tryed everything to get it to work...in XBMC and so on how do i get it to work???

go into the msdash, goto memory, put in the memory stick, it will ask you if you want to format, select yes.
