I Made a account on here a year or two ago and i can't remember my username. i might be able to figure out the password if i knew my username. MY email was [email protected] and it says that it is still in use. but hell i can't figure out what my nick was. any help out there?

need help please guys
i recently flashed my boys xbox with lt,it was an hitachi the flash went well or so i thought with no problems but every now and then i get 1 red light at the bottom right of the xbox.cud this be down to a bad flash or just coincidence?back ups work fine and so do assassins creed and nfs,but if i restart the console when i get a red light it fires up no problem.
any1 else heard of this...thanx

When you get the 1RRoD, record the secondary error code and post it here. There is a short guide on how to get the secondary error code for RRoD here.
You can also post your Jungle Flasher log file (if you saved it when closing the program) for us to examine to make sure everything went well.
It could also be that when flashing your drive you may have disturbed something in the console (nudged the heatsinks, dropped something that can cause a short circuit, etc.) causing RRoD to appear.
Unless you have an older (pre-78) Hitachi drive, you will not be able to play AP2.5 games unless you upgrade your firmware to LT+ v1.1. Since you say you're able to play AP2.5 games like Black Ops (which recently didn't have AP2.5) you most likely have an older Hitachi drive.
