I have sent my xbox again (He installed a r-jtag for me) to N.E.Modz (VIP Member) as the boot time wasn't really good so he said he would install the cr4
i sent the money for the cr4 installation, and after that, he hasn't replied since...
please tell me what i should do, thanks (sorry if this is in the wrong section)

how long ago? and how have you tried to contact him? (you should always try to contact him and work these issues out before going this route)

I agree 1000%.
yup.you have to take a few variables into account here in situations like these.the guy coulda had personal issues going on irl.family member or possibly himself sick and not able to contact people.parts are also a pain to get hold of atm.resellers are loosing thier merchant accounts to be able to accept debit/credit card payments.im quite sure the guys not out to get ya.im sure theres a reasonable explanaition for the lack of communication here.

yeah i know, ive tried to contact him via pm, and i saw that he viewed his pm's (got a picture), also he had posted some posts during the time i was sending him messages

EDIT: he hasn't replied for almost 2 months now

surely he would not say he would fit a cr4 if he did not have in stock , if that was the case he would have said I will fit one but I need to order it first , that's what I would do any way ,

also you can clearly see if you have a pm when you open tx forum

thats the idea in a perfect world to have chips on hand.but even me sometimes miscalculate,and have so many mods comin in,that sooooometimes one slips through the cracks and i end up with nothing when the customers box gets here.dont happen often but does happen.and now with everything so screwed up as far as payment taking goes to get chips,it takes even longer to get em in now.no excuse for not communicating with your customer though.my customers do stay welllll informed when things like this happen.

he clearly stated this: "I have it done, Ive just got to fine tune it tomorrow morning with everything connected. please send payment of £23 to cover cr4 and postage" so im pretty sure he didn't run out of cr4's

thats the idea in a perfect world to have chips on hand.but even me sometimes miscalculate,and have so many mods comin in,that sooooometimes one slips through the cracks and i end up with nothing when the customers box gets here.dont happen often but does happen.and now with everything so screwed up as far as payment taking goes to get chips,it takes even longer to get em in now.no excuse for not communicating with your customer though.my customers do stay welllll informed when things like this happen.

yea,the lack of communication is the main issue.hopefully this thread will restablish that,and if not let us know. :)

I'll try and contact him & see whats going on.
good idea mate , I understand what nofel says and I have been there too much work too little time , but from what xWeasel is saying , it looks like he is being ignored , I am sure it will be sorted soon , I am also sure that everyone on here are good respectable people ,

Yup, I usually talk with my customers on skype as I'm modding and send pics as I go..
