I'm using USB>SATA. I got the drive to show up on the right side of JF, I sent mode-B to the drive, and it won't show up on the left. I tried the things that were in the JF tut, and they didn't work. I am on Windows XP with a Hitachi GDR-3120L
ROM Version 59

It wont show in the left, thats for portio, which usb2sata (standard) doesnt support.

USmodeB will discover a drive in Mode-A and allow you to set it to modeb, thus appearing on the right hand side.

Yet another techincal explanation brought to you from my mum, WNYConsoles.
