BENQ Using x360USB, BenQ Intro Failed

Well I've tried both methods of putting the drive in vendor mode (BenQ Unlock and Intro Device)

and Everytime it gives me

Sending magic keys to port 0x0000
..............................................
Device Intro Failed!

It does have old firmware on it, anyone know how to fix?

try opening the tray half way
then benq unlock again

Open the tray fully then close as it reaches half way power off ck3 pro and turn back on then select benq unlock

i think you mean press the "intro/device id" button
not benq unlock

No he means BenQ unlock mate.

If its on old firmware you need to have tray half open then press benQ Unlock.

BenQ Unlock is for drives with stock or LT firmware on them, joesinger47 is correct... click Intro/Device ID after you get half-tray status.

BenQ unlock works for me no matter what FW is on it. Thats the way I intro mine every time I flash it.
