Using Xecuter3 without External Switch

I haven't found too much help regarding this topic...

I want my XBOX to look stock, so I do not want to install the external switch. How do I go about flashing the X3 bios and using it without installing the external switch??

It will flash only to bank 1234, and the switch on the chip itself needs to be set like this for flash protect:
