Have noticed after an hour of game that my 360 (Corona) temps read as....

CPU: 62c
GPU: 58c
RAM: 54c
Case: 37c

I have the fan set to 40% speed in dashlaunch, is it normal for the cpu temps to be higher than gpu and do these cpu temps seem to be on the high side?

I wouldn't set a fan setting to 40%. Leave it as auto and set target temps.

Understanding that slim consoles have a combined CPU/GPU die might help explain why it's moot.
Ah i wasnt aware of this, so if the cpu was working over time then this would also effect the gpu temp then?

Yeah im not sure this is working correctly for me, as i had temps set but the fan didnt appear to change at all. How does this work, when 1 of the 3 temps is reached should the fan start to speed up, for example if i has the settings set to:

CPU 60c
GPU 60c
RAM 50c

and the cpu temp got to 63c then should the fan speed up or do all of the 3 above temps have to be reached for the fan to start speeding up?
