V1.0 Frag problem without the chip

I installed the chip in a 1.0, 1.4 and 1.6b without any problem.

My last install, another 1.0 is going through: on-off on-off on-off FRAG.
I removed the X3 and it is still doing the same thing.
I don't see any problem with the soldering and all the points are clean.

Is there a way to check the continuity on the pin header in case two pins are shorted out?

Runing out of options.... and desoldering the pin header seems like a real pain.

Found the problem

I used compressed air to clean up the holes for the pin headers, the only problem is that you end up some some soldering splash....

I used a old tooth brush to clean the motherboad and everything works now.
