Hi,
I am trying to load 3294 via http.
Initial attempts to load this BIOS by following the FAQ's failed with the instructions given:
X3 switch set to Unprotected (Green LED) + external switches on on off off off
This resulted in the message:
Got BIOS image over http, 1048576 bytes
Unknown flash! Halting
I then tried it with the X3 switch set to Protected (Red LED) and this seemed to get me somewhere. I get the yellow bar completing which indicates that the erasing step is working and then I get the green bar completing all the way to the end. However it then says Programming Failed. The eject button light flashes green and amber and the XBox doesn't reboot.
If I power off and then on again (quick press) I get the XBox logo and the Xecuter Rox My Box logo and it just sits there.
After that what should happen?
I can still boot the XBox to normal MS mode (long press on power switch) and get the original MS dashboard and I can still get to the FlashBios 3.0.1 screen (power + eject) so I'm guessing my install must be working?
Thanks
Kevin
