V8 Supercars 3 wont load?? xbox with 2.6

I have an xbox with a 2.6 chip and a 300gb hard drive. All my original disc games have stopped loading. They will get most of the way through loading then just freeze, is there anything I can do to get them working??? I dont want to loose all the stuff on my hard drive but bought the new V8 supercars 3 and cant play it. Was so desperate to play it I went and bought an xbox360 today (the one with the hard drive) and found out it wont play them either, NEED HELP PLEASE!!

What version Xbox do you have? What bios is on the chip? What dashboard? What happens with the chip off?

Now only the new V8 supercars 3 game wont load, got the rest working, has anyone else had this problem?

Get rid of M8, and use 5035. M8 is known to cause games to lock up, but I doubt this is the problem if you see the same thing when the chip is off. It may be that your DVD drive is on it's way out the door. What did you do to get it to work for your other games?
