hey guys i have searched the forums and no luck finding a fix for my problem

hey is what happened i was flashing to LT+2.0 and my pc locked up i let the pc sit for about 6 hours[while i went to work] just in case jf was just taking a longer the usual time ....
well got home and pc was off and now my drive wont reconize at all seems to have lost the firmware altogether

how[if any] can i get the fw back on the drive

i have the dvdkey and orig fw

tried that and got this

also the drive wont open via ck3 pro

Try to outro the drive and then re intro it

Intro should work on SATA chipsets.

Did you try with the tray half open? May have to manually open it.

And why is your port property's set to IDE?

use the benq badflash method found in the Jungleflasher tutorial (somewhere around page 207, i think?)

i have the ck3 probe 2
and can seem to find the bad flash one for benq

lets think about this

i was very specific in that part of the tutorial about the process. so if you know what your probe is, and you read carefully over that page, you would know exactly what to do.

I can't believe you made me open up the tutorial for this, but here you are:

"You will need a Xecuter Probe 3, PMT, or a GND probe of your own building."

You might try getting yourself a USB Pro.

yes you do, you most certainly do have a Ground probe

that is why i bolded "GND probe" in the quote from the tutorial
