Very Confusing Frag

Okay, so I installed the chip just fine. Booted up to see FlashBIOS 3.0.3. Everything was going well. I then left the Xbox for 6 hours, and now the box frags when I enable the chip, but it is fine disabled. I would think this is a solder problem, but why did it work 6 hours ago?

one of the connections of your install has probably become loose

what method of installation did you do?

also, check to make sure that the switch cables are properly connected at both ends of chip and external swtich
