I got my first slow Falcon, this thing was booting like a bad Zephyr, it would boot 3 time in a row and then nothing for 15 times no matter how long you left it. So I thought I would try the Hi-Grade Low-Loss 50 ohm Double Shielded Cable and give it a shot, so I remove the CPU reset wire and added the 50 ohm cable to alternate point and still no good boot times it was just the same, so after putting way to much time into this Falcon I was just going to remove the CR and just flash it back to stock but then I thought I would try just one more thing.... I put the original CPU_RST back on with the 50 ohm at the same time and WOW it now boots almost every time in 5 to 10 seconds, I'm very happy now and so is my customer 
So try putting both wire on it worked for me.
