video capture on xdk

finally got xdk set up on my xbox and i built all the little tools and things with vs.net on my computer. i can now take screen shots but i was wondering if there is a way to capture video (w/o a capture card).

The PC side of it should have a movie capture tool.

Yep, it does, it's under start, microsoft xbox sdk, graphics, and it's called movie capture card. And for me, it's located here

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Xbox SDK\xbox\bin\xbmovie.exe"
