Hi all

Brand new here, i am just about to mod my switch and i have

1. A switch that can be modded
2. A RCM dongle
3. A licence

Does anyone have a absolute idiot guide of what to do from start to finish. Including what to back up and what format to use for micro SD.

There is so many different suggestions i would prefer to get it from here if possible.

Believe me i have googled but now im even more confused.

put boot.dat on the root of your sd card.

insert jig

insert dongle

hold vol+ and press power

This will bring you to the sx bootloader. Click to boot CFW and you will see a message that license-request.dat was created on the root of your sd card.

Shut down the switch, copy off that file and activate with your license at sx.xecuter.com

Download your license.dat and place on root of your SD Card.

That's it. You now have fully activated your sx os CFW. From here, you can do whatever you desire.

I have read i need to dump the sysNAND and keep a copy of this ? And i have to create a emuNAND "do i keep this on my sd card"
