Video In Black nad White

Inside "X3 Config Live", don't quite remember what I was messing with, the display of the Tv changed from color to Black and White.
With this Tv set I use the SCART adapter to connect X-Box to the Tv. Before installing the X3 chip the signal to the tv was color.
Connecting X-Box to another Tv without the Scart adapter, only the RCA cable there was color again.

Changing the properties of video mode nothing happened.

How I can fix that?

Are using PAL? check video region settings.

Using Pal

I have changed video mode into PAL. Same thing.
I must have messed up with VGA support of the chip.
When I first flash bios, I did it with 3108 bios, messing around with it I get those results on my TV screen.
Re-flashing with the 3029 bios but there is no option of changing the vga mode.
Should I flash the bios again with 3108 or erase x3 eeprom?
If I erase x3 eeprom and flash then with 3108 would be better?
I read that changes made to vga mode are stored at x-box's eeprom and not at x3 eeprom, is that true?
If I erase x3 eeprom, should also the backup rom be erased?
If the backup rom is erased, then should I copy backup rom to x-box through X3 Config Live?

I used Enigmah video switcher DVD. Although when I launch the DVD the screen showed that it was already in PAL mode, I switch into NTSC and the back to PAL. I restart X-box and finally there was color.
